coffee + cre8tive {dec 5 ’06}

I’m drawing (no pun intended) some major inspiration today from talented freelance illustrator Debbie Hill in the UK. “I like to experiment with lots of materials and processes in my work,” Debbie adds that some of these include “experimental drawing, photography, textiles, embroidery, monoprinting, bookbinding, animation, drypoint printing and book design.” Visit her blog and website to view her portfolio. I’m loving the addition of buttons to pencil illustrations, giving them that added dimension, so precious!

    Hey Holly! I saw that AT+Treehugger+MocoLoco et al are having a party in NY! Will you be there? Are you organizing anything in Boston area? We’d love to come support whatever you plan to do, if you do anything!

    Hi Holly!

    I agree, I’d come if you wanted to do a Boston event sometime.

    Beautiful illustrations… I love how you cover international talent. Check out my site as I will be showcasing some brilliant work from Victoria BC. We have some wonderful talent of our own over here on the West Coast. (:
