Design Within Reach *New* Additions

I was excited to see the St?lzl Plate 160 rug at Design Within Reach today. Originally created on paper at the Bauhaus in the 20s, the work of textile artist Gunta St?lzl is meticulous and so accomplished that her work transcends time and culture, proven in that we can still enjoy this pattern over 80 years later, incorporating it into modern homes today. Talk about enduring appeal!

A few more additions to the DWR collection is this white-lacquered Parallel Shelving designed by Stephen Burks, an Eva Zeisel coffee table (brings 18th-century ornamentation into modern times for sure), fun mirror ball pendants, and the gorgeous lines of the two-seater Neo sofa, which screams slick European city apartment so of course, I love it.

Stay tuned for a budget option on this bookcase, next post!
