It’s a long weekend here since Monday is a holiday, so I’m heading out and will return on Tuesday, January 22nd to kick off a new week. Try to squeeze in everything you can out of the long weekend. I wish you many cups of good tea, a curl up session in your favorite chair with a great design magazine, and at least one delicious slice of something yummy.

So friends have a nice weekend and I’ll meet you back here on Tuesday! :)

Dear Holly
Thank you so much for a lovely website. I read it every day and I always find something that I get inspired by. I?m a graphic designer situede in Skien, Norway on a small farm. Vinter 2007 a magazine called Sans had a photoshoot in my home. This time it was just the bedrooms, but they plan to take pictures of rest of the house later. If you like too, take a look at it on my blog; frydogdesign.blogspot.com
I just started blogging, so it?s not too much. But I plan to post a lot more :)
Best regards Jeanette Lunde

Hey everyone! I am a fan of the blog and will be checking back in tomorrow as well. However today is more than just an extra day to chill, relax, and lay catch up. I implore you all to use today as a day to be reflective and be of service. Live to make someone else day a little brighter if only for today. That is the best way to pay respect for the “extra” day. Be of service.

You guys didn’t read this post very carefully – that’s not Holly, nor is it her car or luggage. The picture is from Amy Butler – the designer of the fabrics.

persephonesawakening: those aren’t my bags, they are from amy butler design *linked in the post*. They’re made using fabrics from her collection along with her sewing patterns.
Topsy Turvy: That’s not my mini, it’s just a photo from Amy Butler Design. I drive an ’08 Passat which could fit about 3 minis inside. :)
