I’ve mentioned Nice and the work of Caitlin Holcomb a few times already on decor8, so when she wrote in this morning sharing her latest creations, I was both excited and inspired to see what she’s been up to lately.

Caitlin has created a special collection of one-of-a-kind pendants and lamp shades using delicate vintage trims, doilies and lace. I really love seeing work like this that is not only super pretty but affordable, and these fit in a variety of decors from bohemian to modern, country, and beyond. And of course, you know how much I love seeing doilies (doily love here) used in new ways so these immediately caught my eye.

Four shades are currently available, though she can make shades to order so if you have a special request please contact her directly. She also creates other decor items for the home so be sure to visit her store.
