Fanciful Style

Hello! This is Nicole here from Making it Lovely and Pink Loves Brown. Though I usually chronicle the development of my home and garden on my blog, I do like to pull together a little style post once a month. It’s like window shopping, but online. Would you like to see an example?

This month, I’d like to sit outside and watch the clouds go by while daydreaming. And if I actually had time to do something like that, this is what I’d be wearing!

I love the collar scoop dress from stewart+brown. Isn’t it sweet? I’d pair it with feminine accessories like sharmadesigns’ wood filigree earrings, rebaba’s flores blancas badge, and Anthropologie’s at-first-blush rings. I love colored shoes, especially when they’re pink, so I’d add the twisted t-strap sandals from Urban Outfitters. And finally, to keep things from floating away entirely into sugar sweet and pink territory, I’d toughen things up a bit with Neiko Designs’ Rini bag.

Happy daydreaming!

-Nicole
