Daily Discounts: Designers Guild {US Site}

Soft, feminine, luxurious…I’m excited to announce this great discount, Designers Guild invites you to take 20% off of everything on their US website. Bed linens, pillows, throws, stationery, candles, you name it… Please enter decor8DG upon checkout, offer valid until November 21, 2008.

I’m seeing floral bed linens everywhere lately, in stores, magazines… they seem to be making a pretty big comeback, especially for Spring ’09 so why not start mixing and matching patterns using fine linens from Designers Guild? Their fabrics are exquisite, I own several and can absolutely state this as fact: their quality is exceptional. I love all of the fancy details as many are embellished with special trims, embroidery, lace… Making them quite special. They even have bedding for kids, candles, soaps, and more.

I’m loving some of their latest bedding collections like the Alcina and Ariana, but my favorite has to be the Cabriole in blue, gray, and a mustard yellow. Of course I also like all of these pillows, but who doesn’t? We ALL LUST for pillows, it’s totally a girl thing I think. My husband still doesn’t ‘get’ the fixation. :) But he lovingly puts up with me and my pillow addiction.

Note: This is only good on the Designers Guild US website and they only ship to the U.S. (Sorry for those outside of the U.S.).

    I love Designers Guild paint – I use them on my wooden products! You can’t beat them for clarity and pureness of colour. Most of my house is painted in their colours and we’ve used their fabrics for sofas and blinds too. There really isn’t anyone else who can produce such amazing designs teamed with heavenly colour schemes. Genius.

    PS anyone outside the US you can still buy online via their UK website! no discount though I don’t think.

    I’ve used two colours ways of “inessa” for the sofas – the blue and the crimson -we also have a wicked bright green sofa – can’t remember the name right now.
    On the walls we’ve to Pistachio, Orchid and Sky – We have new england style shutters in our living room in Sea Green too – it all sounds a right old mess but, trust me, it looks fabulous! I use Sky the most for my wooden stuff – its a beautiful pure colour- I’m in heaven chatting about Designers Guild! could go on for hours!

    Pillows are so important! It might not occur to my boyfriend to get lots of cushions, but every time he comes back from work (works overseas for extended amounts of time) and gets to sleep in my bed, as soon as he is under the covers all I hear is groans of happiness at how comfy my bed is.. “i don’t know what it is” he exclaims… “I can tell ya” (i think but don’t say because he will look at me like i might be mildly obsessed), “its the right shape + content cushions and 500 thread count, silky sheets I bargain hunt for, plus the “just right” weight in duvet, and the stupidly expensive mattress. Its taken alot of time and effort to finally get it that way….”

    Bed linen does become an obsession when i finally allow myself to get a new set. I visit numerous stores, ask to open packets to see how they feel and become terribly impulsive if i see a color i like. Oi… alas no designers guild in Christchurch. Could be a good thing….

    Hey, I didn’t know that Designers Guild offers such a wide range of products. I only knew their leather accesssories from a bag store in Aachen, Germany. Good to know this, Holly. Probably I will need one of these cushions for me brandnew flat in Berlin.
    Greetings from the very excited Marsupial
