looking at almost any element in nature reminds me where all of our basic elements in Art come from - line, form, contrast, shape, composition, repetition, balance, harmony. Whenever I feel like I need to be reminded how all these elemnts can work together, I look no further than a great flower, or gaze out the window at the forrest behind my house...because nature gets it right everytime.
