Shannon wrote in this morning, aka Aunty Cookie, and was nice enough to tell me about the new things in her shop like this fabulous hand screenprinted fabric. She told me that this pattern was inspired by all the lovely papercuts she’s been seeing produced by independent crafters online. I’m always interested in learning where ideas come from and how designers translate all that they see into a single product, it’s something that will forever fascinate me: the sheer process of it all.

This pattern is available in gray, yellow and red. The gray is my favorite, I see it on chairs in the dining room. Shannon has more fabric patterns on her site in addition to some limited edition illustrations that you may enjoy looking at today.
