A professor at Brooks Institute introduced it to me and I have been doing it ever since. Matt Mallams (mattmallams.com) was who I found to be the most inspiring when I first began. He is constantly finding random notes or napkins, pieces of paper; memories and remnants of his life and those around him and adding them to his journals. I love creative journaling!
