I have to share Australian designer Mae with you and her wall stickers because ohmygoodness they are the cutest whether you have a little one or not, these are just darling. I saw them for the first time last night at an Etsy shop live event and loved them instantly because instead of vinyl they are fabric… I wish more would experiment with fabric and wallpaper like Inke Heiland, who I first introduced to you here back in ‘06, who creates animal silhouettes out of vintage wallpaper from her design studio in the Netherlands.
The Mae designs are not only fabric so they’re tactile and to me, more beautiful but also removable, washable and reusable. You can put them on many surfaces, from your window to the wall or even certain furniture. Don’t you just love these? The tea set is my favorite but there is also a build your own tree set, woodland creatures, dinosaurs and more.
