Nice shelf you have there Holly! Looks like you are already settled in Germany :) Sigh, its been a long time since I last visited a flea market. Did you get any good deals over the weekend?

I had a very mentally exhausting weekend – my website data went missing! Each and every post. Thank god I had some data backed up. So it was me and my laptop last weekend, busy rebooting my weblog :) Fun? Yeah it was!

Good to hear you had a great weekend! Your shelf looks wonderful, love the butterflies.

We visited with friends on Saturday and shared the dishes we made over lunch. On Sunday we checked out one of the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic venues, beautifully designed and enjoyed loads of sunshine. Ended the weekend visiting with family and watched Divided We Fall, a foreign movie borrowed from the library. I like it when we make the most of our days off!

All weekend I’ve been painting my bedroom in beautiful shades of blue. It is fun for me and I love the whole new peaceful vibe here. It is hot here yet beautiful.

Glad you had a good weekend! Mine was less cheerfully spent, moving things out of my Grandfather’s house. It was lovely to bring my inherited china cabinet – http://dsbrennan.blogspot.com/2009/08/what-i-picked-up-in-new-jersey.html – home and set it up, though. A little piece of them I can enjoy every day.

what I did:
I joint the bridge festival in nuermberg, we had little sales but great sunshine, fun and music
yesterday I did some dishwashing at in the afternoon, I placed my yoga mat onto the balcony, on top a patchwork blancket and had a good short sleep in the sun
