I also really like that you have a constant supply of art materials and tools for your kids but I don't think I would have handled them colouring on the wall quite so calmly as you seem to have! And although I'm not a parent I AM a child and as a child about to move out of home for a year (and this time not to university so no 'mandatory' holiday vacations) with a mother seriously struggling to support this choice I really appreciate that quote!
