Have you heard of the design studio out of the Netherlands called friedamaria? Oh it’s a very, very inspirational place. You will adore their website, I just know it. I came across them just this weekend in a magazine (101 woonideeën) and needless to say, I feel deeply in love at first sight. This studio can decorate your next party, handle visual merchandising and displays for your shop, handle productions for magazines, you name it… Here’s but an appetizer.
Sink your teeth into their website for the delicious main course. I would love to work with talent like this on a project, wouldn’t it be so inspiring to collaborate with them on a dinner party or shop concept? Fun!

Their work is fabulous isn’t it?! I have their book called ‘Vive le fete’, have you seen it? It’s full of craft projects – a lot of them are pretty kooky and out-there in the way that Dutch seem to do so well! But it’s so beautifully styled and photographed, so I don’t really mind that I’ll never actually decorate an old shoe and fill it with lollies! :)
