Thank you! I finally found a piece of fabric to fill a frame which has been sitting empty in my kids space for ages. I love Japanese design but until now it has sometimes been hit and miss trying to find the right source…

I was in Taiwan in 1997 and was amazed at their adorable stationery stores. I loved the cute illustrations with English captions (that occasionally made no sense in English). If anyone has business that takes you to Taiwan, be sure to check out the stationery stores there! I should have stocked up more while I was there.

They carry the coveted Hi-Tec C Gel Ink pens (in loads of colors) … love them! These are the ones that are sold exclusively for the Japanese market but you can get them in the US via this site. Perfect for writing on Japanese stationery!
