Le Train Fantome

When you find something cute (small animals, men, decor), you want to make it yours and invite it home to love and cherish. I just found cute in the form of an online shop and Flickr stream and it’s from Le Train Fantome. The lady behind it is a French artist, Fanja Ralison, who currently lives and works in Hertfordshire, England. Fanja pays careful attention to details as she crafts her little dolls and things… and when you view corners of her home on Flickr you can see that her love of sweet things extends far beyond her dolls — her nest is infused with love and warmth, and is so very charming. I love her curtains with the graphic black and white bunting and her mushroom chart, both shown below…

Don’t you want to relax in her home, or just sit around and sip tea and watch her as she creates? I love these intimate glimpses into private homes like this one… isn’t the internet grand?

The curtains are fabulous! I imagine from some unattainable eurosource. If you know otherwise, please share!
