With fresh snow on the ground, an enormous clear blue sky above, and warm sunlight streaming onto my desk as UK talent James Morrison sings to me in the background I have found my bliss. These moments are so precious. Living within this very minute — these are the best ones… But if this all sounds too dreamy for you, then let me just say that my week so far has been the shizzle on the fosnizzle, the shazaam squared, the queen mary motherload. Wikad awesome.
How are you today? Yesterday I took off to work on some projects and to enjoy the day — and after spending 6 hours teaching my class last night it felt nice to wake up to sunshine and blue skies.
Ready for some inspiration today? I sure am! I just added a new blog of the week and would like to officially welcome you to the wonderful world of Will Taylor in London who works of the Anthropologie UK web team in addition to authoring his super-fantastic design blog called Bright.Bazaar. I first heard about Will today as his blog was suggested to me via Twitter by Leslie who is a fan of his work. The photos in this post are from his blog which already tells you one thing: Will knows good design. Make sure you give this guy some blog lovin’ and cruise on over to Bright.Bazaar when you have a chance to visit him. We need more amazing boy-bloggers out there in the world of design.

Holly, this is so kind of you to feature my blog. I’m currently unwell with a virus and I can’t tell you how much this has cheered me up, especially as it was Decor8 that first inspired me to start my own design blog. You’re so right, too – we need more boy-bloggers, I need some pals to keep me company on Bright.Bazaar! Thanks again. x

Yes we saw him at Hammersmith Apollo for our 10th wedding anniversary. He was fantastic. You prompted me to check his website and he has some dates in UK racecourses (odd venue!!) this summer if you fancied a trip to UK!

I did not find out until one second ago that you featured Will’s blog, Holly! I am so glad!!! Will and I first met through Twitter and even though he lives outside London and I live in Minneapolis, we have formed a warm and lovely friendship through Twitter (I hope we can meet someday in person!!)
It’s fun to see that others are loving Will’s blog like I do..esp.those colorful stairs!
Thank you, too, for the attribution- I really appreciate it~
Have a great day and if you ever feel like blogging about eco furniture, let me know..that’s my thing and I’m here to help with resources if you need it!

oh sigh… seeing these kind of photo’s comes to my mind that i’m still quite undecided if i want a pilot leather sofa or a pink leather sofa… my bf hates pilot leather but i think its goes a looong way and over about 20 years from now i probably would still like my pilot leather sofa just because it has this ‘used’ look from the beginning and gets better every year!
The pink sofa is my ‘break free’ point of going whats common and safe to choose. Strangly enough my bf really likes the idea of a pink leather sofa ;)
