   Great quote! I totally believe in this, and it’s always good to remember and reinforce! In all areas of your life, I feel like if you are doing what you think and say, then you are doing what you love, want, need, whether it is being surrounded by family, spending time with friends or ‘succeeding’ in your career. Immerse yourself in positive thoughts and you will have to be positive – It’s all in the mind and through your positive energy. I love David Garcia’s interiors photography, he captures such a pure and light essence. Thanks for introducing me to it!

   I remember the moment when I realised that “integrity” and “integration” have the same root, and that they basically mean the same thing. To have integrity is really to be integrated: to have the outside match the inside, to be the same person in all contexts and situations.

   I couldn’t agree more with your harmony quote. I love the application to colours.
