Studio Ziben

Would you like to see some furniture from Berlin today? Known for being edgy and innovative, there is always something interesting to find when you're visiting Berlin and furniture designer Mariusz Malecki of Studio Ziben is one such interesting find. I was in contact with Mariusz recently and he shared some photos of his work and I'd like to show them here because it's fascinating to see what is going on in small design studios in different parts of the world -- don't you think?

Studio Ziben

These pieces are oak and MDF and show a great deal of wit and creativity. My favorite piece is the Louis&Louis because it's a cabinet split into two and I find this so creative and very interesting! I also like the Yoko rocking chair, it looks very comfortable and has a great silhouette. Studio Ziben has a studio in Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg in case you are visiting, you should look him up and drop in to view these pieces in person! And if you see anything that you like, you may contact him directly.
