Yesterday, even though I was on vacation, I managed to sit down and write about some great storage options on Real Simple that I found recently in the Pottery Barn catalog. I’ve highlighted 10 of my favorites if you’d like to see them, you may click here. A teaser is below…

And yes I want them both but Pottery Barn (wah!!!) won’t ship to Germany so I guess I have to watch you buy and enjoy them instead. :)

I.heart.Pottery.Barn!! I really love the spool idea – I did something similar in my home office and used door knobs from Anthropolgie. Lovely!

Amazing ideas and styling…Honestly, I discovered Pottery Barn through your article and I just love – it fits perfectly my style… And I was surprised to see that they sell vintage pickling jars for over 100$ and I have 2 that I found at my grandparents’ house… :)

Hi Holly,
did you check whether you could use this service for sending stuff to Germany?
http://www.dhl.de/de/paket/privatkunden/packstation/borderlinx.html
That would be great…
Crate&Barrel offer international shipping, strange that Potters Barn doesn’t… they would gain customers in Europe!
Take care

I feel your pain, Holly – they don’t ship to South Africa either! LOVE that pigeonhole shelf thing. Perhaps with storage like that I can finally have all my books in one place.

AK! I can’t believe you posted these two things today! I JUST got them both in the mail 3 days ago! I LOVE them, the spools are much bigger than they look online and are worth the $19! And I ADORE the shelf, I got the mahogany shelf and it’s beautiful! I still can’t believe you posted the only 2 items in my order! You have excellent taste, ha!

Great products, Holly. Love the cubby and the spools. Sorry they won’t ship to Germany. Maybe a friend or family would ship an order to you-if it went to them first? Maybe to much to ask of them, but if you really, really like an item?

I just added the cubby hole shelving piece to my office. I love it. Very rustic, not at all straight in the back but none the less looks great. The new spring catalog has some really fun items….
