Watching this Amy Butler video today makes me happy. Very happy. It’s fun to watch stylists and photographers work their magic behind the scenes…

Pretty colors – so bright and happy! I have a chair in my home covered with Amy Butler fabric… it was made by Spruce in Austin and shipped to me on a bus!!! This is what it looked like in my former home in New Hampshire, taken after we painted the house white again before we moved… It’s still in storage here in Germany, but as soon as I can unpack the 80 boxes in my cellar that await me for when we find a bigger place to live — I will set up my pretty Amy Butler chair and enjoy it all over again…

I love Amy Butler and these colors are definitely fun and inspiring. I’m heading out shortly to pick out some plants and flowers for my balcony re-do, so this post what right on time. I must add color!!!! I’m leaning toward the teals and yellows… Thanks Holly!

Dear Holly, Thank you so much for sharing this happiness, but what I am really happy about is that you have inspired me! I bought four chairs from an estate sale today, $10 each :), with plans to recover the seats and paint them a fun color. Amy Butler is definitely going to be my fabric choice!

I AM IN LOVE with anything AMY BUTLER!!!!

Holly….just wondering if you could help me out, not so long ago I read about the most devine pillow slips, I am sure it was Amy Butler fabric [or something very similar], on Etsy, or your Blog or another Blog….having a very “blonde” moment. Anyway after searching through your blog and Etsy I couldn’t find them. Now as I said the fabric is not unlike your post here for amy butler pillow slips…except these pillow slips are crochet around the edges….PLEASE HELP!!!! I NEED THEM, IT IS ALL I THINK ABOUT!!!!

I would be in heaven to lounge in that room full of those fabrics, wear that gorgeous pink coat and fluff up all those gorgeous pillows. Amy Butler really is such an insanely talented designer. I dream of owning a poof like that “Yes” “No” one, love it.
