Hello everyone! It’s me Holly and I’m back from an exciting week in London where there was a beautiful launch party for my book, Decorate, at Liberty on Wednesday and then on Thursday the store asked that I return to give two intimate talks with smaller groups (which I loved!) and the entire event was simply wonderful! I can’t even describe in words how much fun I had. I can’t wait until the next event that will happen in June at the American Book Center in Amsterdam (in-store signing) and a Bloggers meet up and Decorate event at the Hotel V in Amsterdam put on by me and Lise from Urban Style Vibes and it’s called Meet The Blogger. It will be a fun time, a GREAT way to network for bloggers and creatives for sure – so mark your calendars for June 25th! VTWonen magazine is an official sponsor – yay!

I’ll be back later today to share with you some highlights from the launch (Liberty posted a fantastic video from the event – they interviewed me, you can watch it here), but I wanted to quickly say hello and thank all of you who are purchasing decor8 and writing reviews about it on Amazon, your blogs, etc. because it means so much to me! Oh and Jacqui Small Publishing in London will soon host a giveaway of the UK version of Decorate here on my blog, also signed copies, and they’ll give three away so stay tuned as I’ll post the contest soon!

I ordered your book a few months ago from amazon and I just received a email that it is on its way! I can not wait. It’s already available in book stores here in Melbourne but I stop myself from flicking through so I can really enjoy it when it arrives on my door step.

So nice to see some pics of you at the signing… I saw one of those on Twitter! I’m glad it all went so well!

I told my writing class about you, and I think they’re all going to be starting blogs now! ;-) They asked for your blog site, and are going to check your blog out. Maybe they’ll enroll in your class… I told them about my wonderful experience in your eclass.

I’m going to meet up with some of the bloggers from class next month in NYC! I’m really excited about that!

Just watched the video on Youtube about your Booksigning. The decorated table looked wonderful and I really enjoyed your comments about making your home ‘special’, since I try doing this with my home by using old furniture from my grandmother all over the place. It’s great to see at least a glimpse of the Liberty Event when you were not able to be there! Congratulations on the great success your book is having!!

I haven’t commented for a long time but I visit your blog often and am thrilled about your success, the book which I will buy when it comes out in the states, and your good life in Germany.
