WIN! New Farrow & Ball Wallpaper

February 2, 2015

I’m such a fan of Farrow & Ball and I’ve really enjoyed working with them on campaigns over the years. As most of you know, I turn away work frequently because I don’t work with just any interiors brand unless I really love and support what they do. Farrow & Ball is just a great company and they produce beautiful wallpaper and paint. Exquisite really. Half of the rooms in my home have F&B paints. I love their chalky, matte finish and gorgeous hues and that I’m not the only one in love… But that everyone who sees my home raves over the green-blue, very pale paint color in the nursery (Cabbage White) and my gorgeous gray in my dining room (Dimpse) that looks amazing against bright white trim work. Gray and blue-green paint colors are really hard to get right, as any decorator knows, so when you find a paint company that creates such perfect hues you become very brand loyal. Here are some of their patterns from previous collections…

Their wallpaper looks stunning and works perfectly with their paints. I’ve not yet used their wallpapers, but dream of someday papering a wall in my home with one – for instance the wall behind my sofa in the living room. The wall is so big, so boring, so meh. I love the large-scale patterns in the new F&B 2015 collection. All of their papers are a more modern version of the vintage papers you see in old French and English homes – oh how much I love those! Here are some views of their new collection below, hot off the press!

Can’t decide – bumblebee or shouchikubai….not sure which – but one of these in white/gold and would be my choice for a fresh new mudroom.

    loved the RANELAGH,
    so lovely!

  • Reply Melissa February 2, 2015 at 2:42 pm

Yukutori is my favorite. Possibly in the powder room or a wall or two in the living/library/music room.

  • Reply Melissa February 2, 2015 at 2:43 pm

Oh! In the dark blue color!

  • Reply Mnêmosunê February 2, 2015 at 3:02 pm

    Hello Holly !
My favorite is the Yukutori, in grey (4301).
I’m currently trying to buy a house, and I think it would be wonderful as an accent wall in my office :-)

  • Reply jenny February 2, 2015 at 3:03 pm

I have only recently come back to liking wallpaper. Farrow and Ball takes that to loving wallpaper. There are so many beautiful choices. I have been l thinking that wallpaper would be a great accent wall in my half bath/laundry. The Aranami would be perfect there. Thank you for offering this non-facebook option. I was reading through, thinking that I would not be eligible and at the very end saw this option.

  • Reply Corinne - Emerald Green Interiors February 2, 2015 at 3:10 pm

That Yukutori pattern would be lovely for my son’s room.

  • Reply Erin February 2, 2015 at 3:12 pm

The amime would be a lovely subtle touch along the main wall in our living area. We live in a row house and I want to make it more visually interesting, but not overwhelming (plus my husband is allergic to pattern and color it seems :))

  • Reply Giulia February 2, 2015 at 3:14 pm

I’d totally choose closet stripe for my mudroom or powder room. In blue of course.

  • Reply Catherine February 2, 2015 at 3:16 pm

I’ve been loving on bold black & white walls, so I’m thinking LOTUS BP 2019.

  • Reply Ali Abrams February 2, 2015 at 3:25 pm

Renaissance BP 2808 won my heart. I would use it in my newly remodeled kitchen on an accent wall in the breakfast nook. Thanks!

  • Reply Rachel February 2, 2015 at 3:27 pm

I would love to have some of the Bumble Bee! My last name starts with B and we have adopted bees as our family symbol. And the gold would look amazing, picking up the light in my dining room in BP 525.

    Fingers crossed!

  • Reply Carlotta February 2, 2015 at 3:27 pm

I would use the Lotus in black in my entry.

  • Reply Holly A. February 2, 2015 at 3:30 pm

I like the peony. My poor, boring bedroom needs a perking up!

  • Reply María February 2, 2015 at 3:31 pm

Ringwold is one of my favorites, no doubt, but I also love Jasmine, Aranami and Yukutori. I like green, blue and sand shades.
    Thank you very much!
    Wonderful collection!!

I just bought a chrome canopy bed and it sits on a wall that is bumped out that I have been dying to put wallpaper on! I love Lotus. Amime and Renaissance Leaves all in a grey or a neutral. Gorgeous!

  • Reply Bonnie February 2, 2015 at 3:37 pm

My favourite is the Ranelagh. Would love to try them in my bathroom and the entry landing space.

  • Reply Kelly February 2, 2015 at 3:41 pm

This is a tough one. The Bumble Bee with gold would be se sweet in my daughter’s room. There is something though about the intricate yet bold Orangerie pattern that really interests me. Perhaps for my bedroom. Super luxe.

  • Reply Absolutely Tara February 2, 2015 at 3:44 pm

Their papers look amazing. I like the RANELAGH BP 1847. I rent an apartment so would sadly not be able to use wallpaper, but I love when bathrooms are wallpapered. As they’re usually small, it’s nice to have that pop of interest in them. In fact, when I was growing up, my grandfather had this hilarious comic wallpaper in his bathroom, that I always loved to read. Nothing comparable to these beautiful ones here, but it brought the memory to mind.

  • Reply Laura Ingalls Gunn February 2, 2015 at 3:55 pm

I have a tiny powder room that I would love to turn into a lovely jewel box. The “Peony” wallpaper would do just that. Fingers tightly crossed. Thank you for the opportunity.

  • Reply Madelon Bos February 2, 2015 at 3:55 pm

    I love the ARANAMI
BP 4604 for my very little new bedroom. I know it will be à colorexplosion but that is the way I like it :-))

  • Reply Stephanie February 2, 2015 at 4:06 pm

I am so smitten with the dramatic color and pattern of Amime BP 4405

I’m also loving the structure of Closet Stripe ST 360 and whimsy of Tourbillion in all color-ways. Swoooon.

  • Reply Adele February 2, 2015 at 4:53 pm

I think I would choose the AMIME in the white/grey BP4401 colorway for my entryway (which needs a major spruce up!). Thank you!

We moved into our new house last year. I used Farrow and Ball’s paint in the kitchen, living room and bedroom and it has such a huge impact on the appearance of the room. I would love to use their wallpaper for a small wall in our hallway that looks so sad right now. I really like “Samphire BP 4005”. It would make me so happy to see this wallpaper every day.

  • Reply Chelsie February 2, 2015 at 5:01 pm

My favorite wallpaper is Orangerie PB 2503. Perfect for my entryway or a tiny bathroom.

  • Reply Mikell February 2, 2015 at 5:04 pm

I’m in LOVE with Aranami! I’d put it in any room!

  • Reply Alexandra February 2, 2015 at 5:07 pm

oohhh.. it´s really hard to decide.. My favorite ones are YUKUTORI BP 4303 or VERMICELLI BP 1553 both in light blue. :) I would love to try them in our big entrance hall. Because of our big windows the wallpaper would become an eye catcher.
Unfortunately my facebook account was hacked, so I can not like the facebook page from Farrow & Ball..

I like ORANGERIE — We have a huge cavernous entry hallway with stairs (we are on the second floor) that is so stark and weird. It would be great to fill it up with a beautiful, stimulating pattern.

  • Reply Lynn Mathieu February 2, 2015 at 6:55 pm

I love the bp-3605/tessella/farrow-ball/fcp-product/203605! I would use it in my bathroom!

  • Reply Allie February 2, 2015 at 7:11 pm

I’m a huge Farrow and Ball fan! I just bought my first house and plan on using James White and Pavilion Blue in my kitchen, DR and LR. HOWEVER…. my new bathroom and the downstairs bedroom lack new paint and/or wallpaper – and I LOVE vermicelli and Renaissance leaves!

In my bathroom, I’d do renaissance leaves in 2903 – I wish I had a powder room as I think 2909 is PERFECT for that. And then in the bedroom downstairs, DEFINITELY vermicelli 1547 – goes with the tone of what’s there, and is playful.

  • Reply Noel H. February 2, 2015 at 7:20 pm

Yukutori is my favorite. I love the Japanese meaning behind it. Would love to have this in a guest room!

  • Reply Astrid Coxon February 2, 2015 at 7:27 pm

Oh my goodness, so difficult to choose!! But if I had to narrow it down, I’d have to say (as a bee lover) it would have to be “Bumblebee” (in BP 516) or “Shouchikubai” (because it is a wonderful honeycomb!) in BP 4503. Either of those would look fabulous in my craft room, also known as “the Beehive”!! :)

  • Reply Emily Bulcke February 2, 2015 at 7:28 pm

Definitely BAMBOO (BP 2139)!!! Would totally work in my serene jungle team room vision!!

  • Reply Caitlin February 2, 2015 at 7:45 pm

I’m honestly obsessed with Ranelagh in the BP 1847 (Blue and Gold). It’s so beautiful! I would use the paper for my bedroom. My wallpaper hasn’t been updated since I was six years old and, let me tell you, it’s pretty horrendous! Thank you!

  • Reply Karen February 2, 2015 at 7:46 pm

I love the uppark wallpaper in green (549). We’re hoping to redecorate the kitchen and it would look lovely there. So nice that there is an option to participate without facebook!

  • Reply Ilse February 2, 2015 at 7:55 pm

Wow, it was touch to choose between all those great patterns! I doubted a long time between Amime and Aranami but eventually I love the subtile texture in Amime the most. I am currently working on the spare bedroom in our apartment that was used as junk-storage for the last year. It’s going to be a little office for now but I want to keep the design versatile because the function of the room might change in a couple of years. I was looking for a warm but not too dark grey and I think the color BP4401 would really work in there. Especially combined with the paint color ‘dimple’ that I just fell in love with after reading your post.

    Fingers crossed!

  • Reply Lisha February 2, 2015 at 7:57 pm

Silvergate looks awesome. I’ve been putting off painting my bedroom because I just didn’t love the color. This would be perfect.

  • Reply Iris February 2, 2015 at 7:58 pm

Oh my, could this be Coincidence? I am redecorating our guest room and I have been drooling over F&B paper samples for days now. My favorite is Renaissance BP 2802 with its happy sunflowers and pretty love-birds. Light and Love, what more can you give your guests when they are staying in your home?

  • Reply nancys February 2, 2015 at 8:00 pm

Not sure where I would use it, I’m thinking of a redo in my dining room, but I love Orangerie in blue!!

  • Reply Maryse February 2, 2015 at 8:03 pm

I’ve had the Yukutori bp 4304 and the Amime bp 4405 pinned ever since I saw the first ads for the new collection. We’re still house-hunting, but this would look so great in any home. I’m thinking a cozy bedroom or a reading nook. Or maybe even kitchen, why not!?

  • Reply Brittany February 2, 2015 at 8:18 pm

I love the intricacy and scale of the Orangerie wallpaper, especially in the off-black color. That would ooze drama into any space!

And the light blue color would be gentle on the eye while the the intricate pattern would be a appealing while sipping coffee in the morning sunlight.

my hallway is covered in samples, mainly to cover the marks made by my little girls scooters, trikes and bikes. In the hallway we have a trunk which has the most beautiful inlays and belonged to my husbands great aunt dorothy. That trunk has travelled around India on the back of an ox truck, yet it’s seen more damage and destruction in the last 5 years. If I won the crivelli trellis wall paper perhaps my hallway would be more fitting for the treasures it holds.

  • Reply Beth February 4, 2015 at 11:57 am

Aranami BP 4602 would add a cloud of serenity to our grey and mustard modern bedroom, it would look beautiful alongside a giant oil painting if the sea I just bought at a car boot sale!

I’d love to see the dark blue paisley (4705) in my vestibule, as the entrance to my apartment.

Oooooooh, I am in love with Tourbillon! Either the light gray 4802 or the pale dusky aqua 4805. My entry way needs something show stopping and THIS IS IT!!!!!

  • Reply Maura February 4, 2015 at 5:24 pm

I am now totally obsessed with the Tourbillon paper. We have a midcentury house. The Tourbillon pattern would look fantastic on a large wall that we have that stretches from the living room into the dining room. It is bold — but it would pull everything together in our decor. I would choose the BP 4805 color way as we live in RI and the color reminds me of fog in Spring here.

I love the Brocade design in BP 3203, I would love to use it to create a feature wall behind the headboard of my bed in my (old) room at my parent house. I would love to help them redecorate and turn the room into a guest room now that I have moved out.

    Hi! Lovely lovely wallpaper.

My favorite is the Ranelagh in BP 1847! I’d love to use it in the small bathroom on our first floor. It’s a charming, small bathroom that could be easily turned into an inspiration space with some wallpaper.

    Thanks for the great opportunity!!

I like the Wisteria BP 2209.

  • Reply Elizabeth Sparrow February 5, 2015 at 4:46 am

The wallpaper that caught my eye is the ‘Aranami -BP4603’. It would give a very big bland wall in my living room the pop of colour it deserves. ‪I’m currently in a rental and the whole house is various beige’s, dirty cream, mottled brown. Decorating has been an absolute challenge and this year after 10 years we have decided to paint the walls, however wallpaper would be a fabulous pick me up.

  • Reply Mary February 5, 2015 at 5:54 am

I really love Brocade BP 3209. It would look perfect in my teeny tiny kitchen.

I would LOVE to use the Aranami pattern in the bright blue (4604) in the living room around the fireplace. The mantel just doesn’t pop now…white stone surrounded by white walls….yawn! Also, very reassured to see so many inspirational photos in this post that also use the paper around a fireplace mantel. Crossing my fingers!

I absolutely love all of these but have been recently searching for a powder blue & white wall paper for our new home. We are going for a Victorian property and the Samphire paper in BP 4003 would look beautiful in our bedroom on one wall underneath the picture rail. The rest of the room will be filled with with blues & whites. Can’t wait to use Farrow & Ball products in the whole of our new house!

(when I finally get around to sand it and revarnish it)

  • Reply Bob W. Foeppel February 8, 2015 at 4:45 am

My wife, Donna, and myself live, literally in a pile of tires. That is, in an Earthship outside of Taos NM. But, as I tell friends and family; it’s a really nice pile of tires. Inside our home is adobe, lots of wood and windows. We are completely off the grid and collect water from our roof into 3K gal. systerns. We love your wall papers and would select the: Jasmine BP 3901 – Farrow & Ball to use in our upstairs bedroom.
The colour would offset the adobe walls and our metal canopy bed perfectly.

I would love to use the Amime BP 4401 for our new flat to which we move in April. Right now it has ugly wallpaper in the living room which I would love to replace with the Amime. But it is just so hard to decide on one.

  • Reply Nicole February 9, 2015 at 5:30 pm

I love the Lotus pattern and have for a while now. I think I would go bold with the BP2019 color scheme. It would be a feature wall in the master bedroom, behind the headboard.

  • Reply Alexandra February 9, 2015 at 8:28 pm

I probably have to move soon, so I am already planning and plotting on how to make the new place really mine. At least one of the bedroom walls is going to be painted in Down Pipe – I wish I had done that in my current flat, but you know how it is: Once the furniture is in, it’s so hard to move everything out or around if you don’t have anybody to help you, and so you put it off indefinitely (or is that just me?).
It’s easier to paint a wall BEFORE you move in, and the same goes for wallpaper. I used to be madly in love with the F&B Lotus wallpaper, but the Tourbillon is even better! If I win, that’s the one I would pick.

Thank you for this great giveaway!

  • Reply Daniela February 9, 2015 at 9:24 pm

I couldn’t stop looking at the beautiful wallpapers yesterday, and I realised that the Tourbillon BP 4804 would be perfect for my little workspace – it’s currently painted in a green that’s a dead ringer for Arsenic, so the wallpaper would keep that colour (which I adore) AND make it even more interesting. :D

Upon further investigation I think the Feuille in the green/blue color way would be an excellent update to our bathroom. In fact so many of the patterns would be great in our house. Thanks.
