The Perfect Pear

The March issue of Domino magazine features a few suggested pear paint selections for interior walls that, for my taste, are a tad too bold simply because I tend to get tired of dramatic wall colors very quickly, especially if they're in a frequently used space. Are you feelin' me here?

Anyway, last summer, a client of mine wanted something light and fresh, you know, mood-enhancing without being over-the-top, for her entryway.

The answer? Sweet Pear #389 from the Benjamin Moore Classic Colors collection.

The result? I was her new best friend! She raved about it and even guests wanted the paint color for their homes. I guess this was the rare occasion when the paint swatch actually resembled the finished product. Imagine that! The color identity was definitely there, but it wasn't soooo green that you'd require sunglasses, or worse, you'd feel inspired to paint a Mr. Yuck face on your wall.

Give Sweet Pear #389 a bite.
