Have you heard of the dreamy French blog, Souvenirs? It’s one of my favorites — particularly nice to follow on a lazy Sunday morning while still in your jammies drinking a cup of freshly brewed magic (tea, coffee, whatever your potion). It’s feminine and altogether lovely to sink into. If you need to escape today, or everyday, I highly suggest bookmarking Souvenirs. Here’s just a glimpse of what you can expect to find there on a regular basis.
French blogger, Chloe, is currently on holiday break until mid August so this gives you lots of time to catch up and linger without feeling like you’ll miss her latest post. Then upon her return, you’ll be all caught up and thirsty for more Souvenir deliciousness.
I’m always so inspired by the Pretty Good blog, which is actually pretty awesome… I bet you’ll love it so here’s a glimpse in case you missed my earlier post about it here. I decided to make Pretty Good the decor8 blog of the week so you can be reminded to click over each day this week.
This blog is unique because author and photographer Mary Swenson doesn’t deliver typed text, only swirly very brief text on photographs that she takes, and that makes for a very unique blog and a creative way of sharing information. She shares yummy recipes, too. The only personal concern I have with this format is that if you don’t have text and/or links in your blog then your content is not easily found on google so not all may want to go image-only on their blogs (in case you are thinking about it this is something to consider)… But if you are looking for a more creative way to share then this format is absolutely lovely. I look forward to every post and know you will too. Enjoy!

Thanks to Anna, I now know about a fantastic crafty blog called Rummage that I just so happen to be rummaging through at the moment. And I found this below, the author’s crafting space. I love looking at the spaces from which beautiful things are born, don’t you?
Just a little note that I’ve updated the blog of the week… meet Sia Grafica from Rotterdam. Sia is a doll, we met in person last year and I instantly felt like she would be someone I’d like to stay in touch with for a long time.
I love her illustrative style, she is so talented… and her personal style is just great too which you can easily spot the second you visit her lovely blog where I always find the best & most unique things from music to decor and fashion. Plus she’s a fan of Bones and Bjork — what’s not to love about her. :) Enjoy!
