Hey check this out! I found a fresh and fun retro designer in London called Roddy & Ginger today after Margarita from Chocolate Creative left a comment on my blog. I clicked over and there was Roddy & Ginger — immediately I adored their designs and had to feature them.
Roddy & Ginger designs homewares, bags and limited-edition pieces using vintage fabrics and a selection of one off vintage finds. They even sell vintage finds from the flea market. So sweet.

I love this shop! It’s called Pillow Mint and it is located in Charlottesville, Virginia. Owner Anita has both a storefront and web shop and she commented earlier here on the bloggy blog that she’s sad to see Domino fold and get this… she was going to be featured in their April issue! With March being the last that isn’t going to happen. Poor Anita. I feel so bad. To ease some of the pain, I clicked over to her shop and found these beauties to share. Let’s give her a little cyber group hug today, shall we? I know decor8 is not Domino, but hey it’s a start since we bloggers tend to share our finds so perhaps she’ll get a little blog lovin’ all over the intertubes today!
I don’t know if you follow the Making It Lovely blog, but mother-to-be Nicole is decorating her nursery and since she is a graphic designer I think she’d love these serena & lily letter pillows. I immediately thought of her the moment I saw them!

I’m really liking the new collection of needlepoint pillows over at Jonathan Adler today… Very perky and happy just like the man himself.
I vote for the belt pillow as my fave but at $165 a pop I may need a few coupons or a sale to motivate me on this one. Perhaps I’m just being cheap.
What do you think about spending $165 on a pillow anyway?

I wrote about some really cute finds at Target over here today… including heart shaped mixing bowls. Has anyone noticed their bird motif popping up all over the store from post-it notes to candles? Very kawaii I think. Not typical for Target, it’s something I’d expect from HEMA but not so much Target. Regardless, I’m liking it!
I love these post-its… They are a bit grade school I know, but whatever. Being an adult means accepting the inner 8-year-old and shopping for her sometimes, too. :)
