Publique Living
I can see it in your eyes. You like your paper lantern hanging light. It hung out with you during college and now, six apartments later, he's still hanging around illuminating your way, hardly noticed. He's your old faithful. The many battle marks he wears from being folded and unfolded, moving with you from house to house, aren't that obvious. It doesn't really matter anyway, it's only a light.
Dear Lord what did I just say? Ahem. Ahhhhhem.
Note: Clearing ones' throat is a sure sign of lying.
If though, you would consider another light fixture (major hint), why don't you give Publique Living a go. You can still keep Mr. Twinkle, just relocate him to your storage closet. Publique Living's, "Woven Veneer Lampshades" are made from strips of wood (walnut or maple) woven together to form an attractive shade. They are stylish without being so supertrendy that your space will look dated in 6 months. For the locals (Bahstun), I heard that Abodean in Cambridge carries some of the Publique Living line, so give them a call. It's also good to note that Publique Living creates other great design objects for your home, so their website is worth checking out.
Hey, did you know that a stylish new lamp will increase your attractiveness to the opposite sex and give you some major clout in your social circle?
Ahem. Ahhhhemmm.
