Vitra Algue
Forever fascinated by design inspired by nature, especially the ocean or forest, I loved this window display. I know the algue from Vitra has been around for a few years, but I was excited to see it assembled in the window of Seydlitz*, in all of its green plastic glory. You can snap this fan-shaped seaweed together to form something sculptural for your wall or to create a curtain or even a wall divider - which I'd love to see used in an office space at a creative firm. Each algue is 6" x 12" and sold in sets of 6, available in red, green, or white. Wouldn't it be lovely to see a curtain in a similiar design, only handmade of felt?
