Hotknot - Maartje de la Brassine
"Hotknot" designed by Maartje de la Brassine, takes baking forms and accessories in silcone rubber on a new level. Usually, you see silcone mits that are solid, for example - no holes. The goal in this project was to create a more open structure, using less materials without dimishing their protective properties. Experiments with traditional craft techniques resulted in a table runner, overn mit, and few placemats. What do you think?
