Inspiring Home & Office in Kentucky
Hot off the press and the first time blogged on the web! I’m going to get all Dwell magazine on you with this one… are you ready to see a gorgeous contemporary home and workspace down south? Josh Merideth, owner of Bella Grace Studios, a photography studio in Kentucky specializing in couture bridal photography (he also photographs couples and residential spaces), wrote in today to share a very special home & office with us. How nice!
Josh is a daily reader and thought it would be a good place to premiere this gorgeous place on the web. Josh photographed the firm of De Leon & Primmer Architecture Workshop owned by Roberto DeLeon and Ross Primmer. In addition to their workspace, I’ve attached photos of the living space attached to the office — each separate loft belongs to these creative men - one for Ross and one for Roberto. So jealous! The firm has a constructed a “pole-barn” in downtown Louisville, Kentucky with a workspace on the first floor and two lofts above as you can see in the photos that follow. Impressive!
Don’t miss the painted rug effect above, I cannot stop drooling over this spectacular detail.
And now to view the lovely attached living quarters…This is actually two separate living spaces adjacent to the office. Each architect occupies one of these gorgeous lofts.
Yes, there is a real rabbit on the floor. And I love it. :)
So, what did you think of THAT? I’m still trying to lift my chin from my desk. Completely jaw-dropping!
A very special thank you to Josh at Bella Grace Studios for these photographs and to the guys over at De Leon & Primmer Architecture Workshop for the tour.
