Sabine Gebhardt Illustation

I thought I'd share a few more talented local artists and designers that I spotted over the weekend, the next is German illustrator Sabine Gebhardt with her playful, colorful characters and themes. I loved seeing her bright pop art colors, especially this time of the year, they made me feel as though summer is only a day away... Pink, orange, taupe and yellow... oh yeah!

Spirited and a bit cheeky, her work has been featured on a variety of surfaces and used in print advertisement as well, she even designed a mug for Ritzenhoff. She has most recently designed a collection of notebooks, postcards and her own illustration work sold as prints. I'm not sure if she has a shop online, but I'll certainly let you know if I find her work available for purchase... Though you can get in contact with her to purchase any of her prints that you see on her website... She also has a blog here.

My favorite is shown directly above, the girl with the great black eyelashes and pink hair... it's called "Grrrr" and I love it!
